Who we are
RiseMore Finance ("we", "us") is the business name of Amandeep Singh Rosha (ABN 23 906 041 391), a mortgage and finance broker and authorised Credit Representative (581412) of Australian Finance Advocates Pty Ltd (ACL 491521). We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code.
What we collect
To help you obtain credit we collect information such as your name, contact details, date of birth, identification, employment and income details, assets and liabilities, living expenses, credit history and information about the property or asset being financed. We collect it directly from you wherever possible, and from third parties you authorise (such as lenders, employers, accountants and credit reporting bodies).
How we use it
- To assess your needs and provide credit assistance
- To prepare and submit applications to lenders and insurers on your behalf
- To meet our legal obligations, including responsible lending and anti-money laundering laws
- To contact you about your loan, reviews and services that may interest you (you can opt out at any time)
Who we share it with
Lenders and lenders mortgage insurers, our credit licensee and aggregator, credit reporting bodies, valuers, conveyancers, service providers who help us operate (for example secure document and CRM platforms), and government bodies where required by law. Some service providers may store data overseas; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected.

Our website may use cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use it. Enquiry forms are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct the information we hold about you by contacting us at info@risemorefinance.com.au. If you have a privacy complaint, please contact us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
